Vanlei's exterior transparent permeable primer is refined from modified acrylic emulsion and is used as a curing agent for smooth putty, cement concrete, brick wall, cement asbestos board, fiberboard, gypsum board, wood and other surfaces. It has excellent permeability, can penetrate into the base layer to a certain depth, can strengthen the base surface that is loose due to weathering, can effectively reduce the water absorption of the base surface, and strengthen the adhesion between the top coat and the base layer.
